Supporting you through life’s journey

The stresses and strains of modern life can quickly take their toll; leaving us with feelings of confusion and emptiness.

Counselling provides a safe and confidential space for you to explore exactly what is troubling you.

My experience as an integrative therapist means I can use different approaches to help you explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours.

There will be no judgement or advice, no opinions or telling you what to do – your session is your time to explore what’s going on in your life, at your own pace. The aim is to give you a better understanding of yourself so you can find ways to cope with your situation or take steps to change.

I believe we all have the strength within us to change but sometimes that strength is hidden – I can help you begin to find it.

Why not take that first step and give me a call or drop me an email?
